Assistant Professor of Television Studies, Media and Culture Studies Department Utrecht University

Judith Keilbach Judith Keilbach is Assistant Professor of Television Studies at the Media and Culture Studies Department. Her research interests include visual representations of history, the relation of media technology and historiography as well as archives.
She has published articles about the collection of Holocaust testimonies, the photographic depiction of the Holocaust, the shaping of testimonies by particular media technologies and a book on how German television documentaries about National Socialism use and recycle historical images and testimonies of witnesses to represent the past.
